Vacuum casting

 

The advantages: Flexible, fast
and economical Vacuum casting
is ideally suited for the produ-
ction of pilot series and series
parts right up to the completion
of a series tool and for the man-
ufacturing of precision samples.

Vacuum casting and the RIM
procedure duplicate original
models produced using stereo
lithography, as well as modified
series parts, milling and adhesion
parts in less than 5 working days.

A silicon mold is made of the
original models which is poured
out with PU resins. These materi-
als withstand temperatures of up
to 200° Celsius. Their properties
range from very soft to rubbery-
elastic to totally hard.
The basic color tones are white,
black or transparent. Individual
