Selective laser sintering




With this procedure, your functional
prototype is developed over a very
short space of time on the basis of
CAD files. Thanks to state-of-the-
art laser technology, small series
can also be realized quickly and
without the construction of molds.

Using the latest laser technology,
powder from PA (or alumide) is
hardened in layers. A firm three-
dimensional model is created.

It can even be constructed part in
part. Hollow pieces and undercuts
can be superbly realized. Samples
and prototypes that exceed the
standard construction space sizes,
are produced from individual parts
and joined together precisely with
